Entry Information
The Schools Trash to Fashion® Awards offers students the opportunity to embrace their creativity and challenge the norm of fashion. Students will learn to collaborate, conceptualise, and work with a variety of hard and soft materials.
Through-out their journey students will begin to understand how waste damages the environment, and become inspired by their own ability to create change.
Those that make it through to the Trash to Fashion Finals will have the chance to work with award-winning theatre directors and model their garments in front of large audiences. This experience has been referred to as life changing for some who get a massive boost of confidence and self-esteem.
